Transformational Leadership

SRD's Transformational Leadership development program is designed to assist people to:

“Make the impossible, possible” – in all areas of their lives.

Transformational Leadership is the process by which already successful leaders achieve extraordinary results – results previously considered by them to be impossible. The basis of transformational leadership is summed up in the following quote from Tracey Goss:

“The power that brought you to your current position of prominence and responsibility as a leader – the power that is the source of your success in the past – is now preventing you from making the impossible happen in your life and in your work” (Goss, T. (1996) The Last Word on Power).

SRD's Transformational Leadership Program allows people to:

  • Identify their current “strategy for success” and what they can and can't do with it;
  • Identify something they believe could never happen;
  • Declare it possible; and
  • Move the possibility into a reality.

Facilitation Skills

Consultants with SRD are known for their expert facilitation skills and as a result are asked frequently to pass on those skills to the personnel within the organisations we work with. As such SRD offers Facilitation Skills programs for leaders, managers and others who are required to be internal facilitators as part of their job role.

Our facilitator training programs are customised to suit customer needs and always includes the use of relevant examples to ensure that explanations and understanding of the application is meaningful. Support material is provided for reference and rehearsals are conducted to enable participants to practice their skills in a supportive environment. Our programs cover:

Personnel Performance Diagnostic

SRD uses a variety of tools to assess Personal Performance . All our tools are aimed at providing meaningful information so that individuals better understand themselves and others. Also, SRD develops and designs performance evaluation programs at the individual level. The programs are tailored to the needs of the organisation in order to assess talent and use it in the most effective way to get the right people in the right roles. It also provides individuals with meaningful and supportive feedback so that they can act on it to develop their skills set and map their career both within and, if necessary, outside the organisation.
