| Senior Consultant
- Rory Innes |
Rory's initial involvement with TQM and process improvement methodologies began in the UK with a major FMCG and healthcare group. This foundation proved invaluable when he moved into sales and marketing in the Australian I.T. outsourcing industry in the early 1990's.
Working with a number of large resources companies and major Government departments Rory began to get involved with outsourcing alliances and the provision of I.T. services. Exposure to "Six Sigma" process mapping provided a formal framework on which to improve the provision of services and the optimisation of resources within the emerging I.T. outsourcing industry. Five years in General Management with a large international I.T. services organisation further developed these principles and experience in workgroup and team development especially in the sales and delivery of annuity services.
Working with most of the larger West Australian based resources companies, Rory has built a large store of knowledge regarding the challenges of creating and applying multi-layered teams to deliver focused results and continuous improvement. From the mentoring of senior individual managers to the coaching of large sales teams, Rory brings a wealth of "blue chip" experience to the challenge of maintaining and growing high performance teams in a variety of high-growth sectors.
