Organisation Transformation Process
In any organisational transformation process two broad types of opportunities are available to organisations. The first is a strategic approach to determine markets and opportunities in which the company can be most successful and the second an operational approach which focuses upon organisation efficiency and the achievement of outstanding performance.
Also and of particular importance, it is recognised that for sustainability both strategic and operational transformation must be built upon the right cultural foundations – otherwise the change process will flounder and ultimately fail.
Finally, each of the opportunities described above cannot be tackled in a haphazard manner but must be initiated from an appropriate factual database to support informed analysis and decision making.
SRD's Organisational Transformation Process (OTP) involves our consultants working with a leadership team drawn from the participating organisation. Following training in our Transformational technology the leadership team establishes the transformation goals, envisions its final form and creates and delivers upon the achievement pathway.
Our OTP ensures the leadership team delivers the vision of where the organisation needs to be and enables the team to deliver against that vision pragmatically and without ponderous supporting data collections.
The OTP is a creative process which allows the right purposes to be achieved, generates a number of imaginative and original options and develops the management systems and processes needed to implement the agreed solutions.
